Shipping and Fulfillment

Where do products ship?
For now, products are available only in the contiguous United States.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will typically be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
We use third parties to fulfill orders. By purchasing products, you agree to be bound by those third parties’ terms of use and privacy policies, and hereby consent and authorize us to share any information and payment and shipping instructions you provide with such third-party service providers to the extent required to complete your transactions.

How will I receive my items?
Majordomo Media has curated pieces from partners and artisans that ship your items directly to you in their designated packaging. If purchasing from multiple partners in a single order, it is likely that you will receive your order in several deliveries.

Can I return my product?
Please refer to the individual brand return policy on each product page for return details. We partner with Route to cover any lost or damaged orders. If you’d like to protect your package, you can add this protection at checkout.

What if something's wrong with my product?

What if something is missing or incorrect in my order?
If your order arrives incorrect in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at shopsupport@majordomomedia.com.
If you purchased Route protection, we recommend initiating a claim with them first here.

How do I update the address on my order?
If you notice that you've listed the incorrect address, please contact us as soon by contacting us at shopsupport@majordomomedia.com.
Regrettably, once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, we are unable to guarantee an address change. We appreciate your understanding.

How do I cancel my order?
Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, we are unable to cancel it. If any items are eligible for return, you may request a return within the stated policy on the product listing page.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order, estimated shipping date, and complete order history via your Customer Account. By setting up a Customer Account with Majordomo Media, you will experience a faster checkout experience, easy access to your order status and history, and be the first to receive news on promotions, collection launches, and more.

What is Route?


Majordomo Media has partnered with Route to simplify the resolution process for shipping issues.By purchasing Route protection, you ensure your Majordomo Media order is covered should the unpredictable occur. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged upon arrival, the Route Team secures a replacement or issues a refund within a matter of hours. For a complete guide on Route's policies, visit their FAQ.

While Route Protection is not required, we do highly recommend it. If you would like to remove it from your order, you may do so in cart prior to checkout. If you missed it in checkout and would prefer a refund, we can issue one as long as the order has not shipped. Once your order has shipped, it is protected by Route and the fee is non-refundable.
