Power users rejoice! Majordomo now makes it easy to archive Domoreports at the top of the Domoreport page and from the settings page.
Real estate agents, home inspectors, and property investors love the Domoreport because they can get repair estimates from a home inspection within 24 hours. No wrangling of contractors or taking extra trips inside of a home. As a result, agents, inspectors, and investors are ordering lots of Domoreports.
But, one unintended consequence of regularly ordering Domoreports is that the list of properties from previous orders can get long, making it harder to find the properties currently in the pipeline. Today we're fixing that with a simple update.
Archiving is not deleting. Instead, it hides the Domoreport from your view while still keeping it visible to anyone else you've shared a Domoreport with. Plus, if you want to put it back on your menu list, you can easily do that too. Here's how:
On the Domoreport, you can click the red button at the top of the page, and it'll instantly archive it for you. That's it. Told you it was easy.
If you want to see your unarchived Domoreports, head over the Account Setting page and click the "Show Archived Domoreports" button.
From there, you can see all your archived Domoreports. And if you want, you can click the Unarchive button and it'll show up again in the menu.
We'll admit that this isn't a revolutionary new feature, but it's an example of a small improvement that makes our frequent customer's lives easier. And that's our goal: continuously make updates that improve your experience. We regularly incorporate feedback from our customers, and if you have an idea, we'd love to hear about it. Enjoy the new update!
