Christmas Vacation: Clark's Official Home Analysis

Christmas Vacation: Clark's Official Home Analysis

Lee Eckroth1 year ago

I am a huge fan of every National Lampoon's Vacation movies. My respect for Clark increased significantly when I became a dad and was able to relate to all of his experiences. Clark is epic!

Clark's Epic Home

This year I started my holiday season the same way as every other year - by watching Christmas Vacation. As I watched Clark staple to his home's roof and siding 25,000 Italian twinkling lights that did not actually twinkle I realized Clark really did aspire to be his home's majordomo. He had a lot of pride and spirit.

To honor the 30-year anniversary of the release of Christmas Vacation I decided to use Majordomo's website to create a Domoreport for Clark's house - based on the condition that could be seen and all the damage done during the movie. It was a blast watching the movie many times, doing a visual analysis of the condition, documenting, prioritizing and estimating.

Take a moment, have some fun and check out Clark's Domoreport at majordomo.com/clarkshouse. Be sure to check out the inspection, documents, notes and Domoscore.

Happy Holidays and continue to be inspired to be the best Majordomo you can be - like our friend and mentor Clark Griswold.

As CEO, Lee oversees the company vision, manages sales and marketing, and exploring business models. "Let's improve the owner's relationship with their home."
